The Brighton Pavilion Ice Rink is supporting BHT over the Christmas period and will be helping us to fundraise money for First Base Day Centre.
The team at the ice rink will be holding a series of festive afternoons throughout December in the restaurant area where customers will be able to meet Santa in his grotto when they come to skate at the iconic rink.
The ice rink will also host a range of other events over the festive period including Santa’s grotto on the 9 and 10 of December, and selling festive gifts on Sunday’s in December, with all proceeds going to First Base Day Centre.
Throughout December BHT will also be holding a weekly draw for people to win a free family skate voucher, kindly donated by the Brighton Pavilion Ice Rink. To be in with a chance of winning the tickets simply donate to the BHT Christmas appeal through our JustGiving page. One winner will be picked at random each week.
Shella Parkin, Director, Brighton Pavilion Ice Rink, said: “At this time of year, the idea of anyone being forced to sleep out in the cold on the streets is shocking and unacceptable. We are delighted to be supporting Brighton Housing Trust and the vital services they offer at First Base.”
Shella, we are delighted that you are supporting First Base are incredibly grateful to you and your colleagues.
The Festive afternoons at the Brighton Pavilion Ice Rink will be held on the 7, 14 and 21 December and people can come to Santa’s grotto on the 9 and 10 December from 10am – 1.30pm.
